Small businesses will probably continue to be the largest employer. Many people will own small businesses and even more people will work for them.
Big business is a good thing. They do things no small business can do, like building skyscrapers, jet planes, computers and the Internet. I would much rather eat in an independent and unique restaurant, than eating in a plastic cookie cutter restaurant with many identical copies in every city in the world.
I think small family farms is the best way to produce food. Corporate farms do have a certain economy of scale advantage. However, the vast diversity and free enterprise provided by traditional agriculture is a valuable advantage. Preserving that capitalist democracy seems like a good idea.
Capitalism is the owners of the company work in the company. They may have a few employees, but the small business will be owned and operated by one family. The whole family will work in the business. The business could be a store, a restaurant or a farm. There are a lot of small businesses involved in manufacturing and machine repair, etc. Cultivating a thriving small business ecosystem is valuable work.
