United Nations

The United Nations is a good idea. It is an imperfect human enterprise. The human race is coming together. The United Nations is one of the features of globalization. It is also contributing to globalization. In other words, the United Nations is both a cause and an effect of globalization.

Globalization is a feature of human nature and civilization. It is the next generation of human nature and civilization. We’ve evolved through stages. We’ve gone through families, tribes, empires, nations and now, one global civilization.

Parents affection for each other and their children caused them to grow together into one family. Anthropologists have discovered that many species of animals will gather together into troops of about 100 individuals. Once they get bigger than that, they tend to split apart into separate troops.

Once human beings started speaking and thinking, the troops of hunter gatherers started evolving into tribes of hunter gatherers. As the tribes migrated back and forth between summer and winter camps, they notices that the places they has processed grain from the previous season had gone to seed and produced a bumper crop of grain. Eventually, they started spreading the seeds intentionally.

After a while, having the grain they had planted eaten by other tribes, the people began enclosing the land into private property. The people had long had private property, such as clothing, shelter, weapons and jewelry. Once they started enclosing land into private property, they had to invent rules governing the ownership of the land and writing to record titles and trade.
